Debbie had a particularly difficult task with this sale as I, the buyer, was in Europe throughout the process. I want to personally thank you for all the hard work put in to sell my elderly parents home. I realized as I got involved, this was going to be a tough project selling their home as there were a lot of open issues that needed to be overcome in order to find the right buyer. Taking your advice and staging the property was a big help. The home presented itself well with this effort and provided a picture of a home and not just a house. The market analysis you provided initially was pretty much right on and looking back my folks should have exercised your professional advice when the property was first listed. Glad I was able to get involved and work directly with you to overcome some of the obstacles my parents, honestly, would not be able to address.
